1. Flash intro, no CSS to be seen (bad for accessibility).
2. Inside of the site is tables-based (they’re gonna be tied to this design/layout).
3. The source site at http://northpoint.org also has nothing that innovative in the area of design (sorry, it really doesn’t).
I see the site as one that is fighting to be edgy (note the front Flash page) and dealing with an existing backend (note the resource / message areas). It would be “edgy” and “unique” if I saw anything I haven’t seen before!
Well, all problems mentioned in previous post, aside: Does this reach the audience they want?? That is the question. This place has to evaluate if this design works for them at some point.

Alright, maybe I was a bit harsh. If it fulfils their goals and hits their target audience. It looks like according to Google (http://tinyurl.com/282sup) their site is being spidered, it is navigable, yet with frames usability is greatly limited. I guess those with screen-readers wouldn’t be as part of their target audience.

Um No, not a chance! Here’s why:

2. Inside of the site is tables-based (they’re gonna be tied to this design/layout).
3. The source site at http://northpoint.org also has nothing that innovative in the area of design (sorry, it really doesn’t).

Any other takers? Just wanted to elaborate.
